I had $300.00 worth of coupons to take a cruise. I went to All About Travel instead of booking myself on line, because I didn't want to screw it up. The girl at All About Travel told me we would have to book in a certain cabin category to use the coupons and I told her that was fine. She booked 3 cabins for me on Norwegian cruise lines in the wrong rooms, I didn't find out until I made my final payment and the owner told me I couldn't use my coupons because the wrong category rooms were booked. THEY BOOKED THE ROOMS!!! The only compensation I was offered was $50.00 off my next cruise, if I booked through them. Fat Chance!! I now go to Destination Travel in Dyer if I use a travel agent, they are very honest and knowledgeable.
